Are OLVEI products 100% natural?
Yes. We sell products in their natural form — no added sugar syrups, vegetable fats, colours or preservatives.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Major cities usually receive orders in 2–3 working days; other areas in 3–5 working days.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is Rs. 250 per order and free on orders above Rs. 5,000.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer / Mobile Wallet. Card payments are coming soon.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and the phone number or email you used at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please share photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?
Yes — we create custom gift boxes for corporate and wedding orders. Contact us with your quantity and budget.
