Our Story

Every family has a memory of real food — the smell of ghee being slow-cooked on a winter afternoon, a jar of honey brought back from the mountains, a bowl of dry fruits passed around after dinner.

OLVEI was born when we realised how rare that kind of food had become. Supermarket shelves were full of “pure” labels, yet very little tasted the way we remembered.

We wanted a pantry we could trust without reading the fine print.

We travelled to dairy farms in Punjab, met beekeepers who move their hives with the seasons, and tasted olive oils until we found one that was fresh, green and honest. We chose partners who share our standards and we test every batch before it carries the OLVEI name.
