OLVEI Pure Honey is harvested from beehives placed in clean, flowering regions and packed without heating, blending or added sugar. Every batch is strained only to remove wax, so the natural pollen, aroma and enzymes remain.
Expect a thick, golden pour with soft floral notes. Natural honey may crystallise in cooler weather — that is a sign of purity. Simply place the jar in warm water to bring it back to liquid.

Why has my honey crystallised?
Crystallisation is natural for raw honey in cooler temperatures. Place the closed jar in warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes to make it liquid again.
Is this honey heated?
No. OLVEI honey is only strained to remove wax and is never heated or blended.
